Important Reminders

Would you like to take your boat out for dinner? Check out the new IntraCoastal Dining page in the Boating & Weather section for a list of restaurants that are directly accessible by water.

There is future hope to be able to enjoy our community outdoors, but still years away. Read about the new insect repellent in development that is claimed to be 'thousands of times more effective than DEET.' We'll have to continue to hope for a solution since this past November when the board of directors killed the control program that was actually working.

Residents are not allowed to park their vehicles on the community streets overnight. Guests must obtain a parking pass from the gatehouse if they intend to stay past 11pm. Vehicles without parking passes will be cited. Since this BoD directive makes no logical sense, we can only assume it has to do with not hindering the city's snow plows.

Did you know that you can put solar panels on your roof and air-dry your clothing on lines outdoors? Florida Statute 163.04 encourages you to go green, and nobody, not even your HOA, can tell you otherwise.

Pursuant to county regulations, irrigation timers are set to water your lawn twice per week. For complete guidelines please visit the County's Water Utilities Department website.

Welcome to the the Boca Marina Yacht Club - a private residential boating and tennis community located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Boca Raton, Florida. Boca Marina's gated entry is one mile east of I-95 at Yamato Road and US-1; conveniently located half-way between downtown Delray Beach and downtown Boca Raton's Mizner Park. Best of all, you need only walk out your back door, board your vessel and you can be out the Boca Inlet in less than a half-hour.
